We won't hear about meetings re company change of direction, prospectus to satisfy listing rules 1 and 2 until the deal is finalised and announced to the ASX.
As to when the deal will be finalised, this is the million dollar question. Going by the last month or so's trading, it looks as though the selling has dried up (famous last words haha). If a buyer wants any reasonable volume, they are having to pay higher prices. Going by the ancedotal evidence I would say the long awaited deal being finalised may not be too far away. Does this mean that it may be finalised today, tomorrow, this week, next week etc I wish I knew.
