In the Hotel Quarantine hearing yesterday it emerged that between 1:16pm and 1:22pm on 27th March 2020 someone contacted Vic Police Chief Commissioner Graeme Ashton and set him straight that private security contractors were to be used in the quarantine hotels.
Who was it that made contact?
The most likely names are Chris Eccles or Andrew Crisp. All three gentlemen should be put in the same room at the same time and asked to recall what happened.
