don't know what it means but apparently there is some action behind the scenes. The last private placements e.g. SPP were great disappointments to the company and I hope the new CEO is able to save the company and to launch a turnaround. DRA is valued about 70 Mio. $ and resources attributle to DRA area about 1 mio. OZ. During the last 5 quarters no signifikant rise of resources and the second procution line far from being established. At the end of 2003 and beginning of 2004 the company talked about two facilities ready to go during 2004 with about 100,000 oz production in 2005. IMO we could be happy to see 20,000 OZ for the 2005 calendar year. Although I still have my DRA shares (had my finger at the sell button at 40 Cent) I have to admit that the current valuation is quite fair if I take the resources and the reliabilty (of 0) into account.
What really annoys me is the fact we don't get an update of the possible compensation from this South African contractor (of course there will be no compensation) we don't get an update of gold-production in Finland and the Q3 report provided no information about the financials just the liquidity of 7 mio. $ as of 3/31/2005. IMO this includes the funds of the private placement at 22 Cent and excludes the SPP.
