Infant formula is a value added product, not a basic commodity. Especially in China where there are additional ingredients that need to be added.
If they don't want their citizens to pay large margins for A2 products, then maybe they need to do a better job at producing IF that is perceived as safe and high quality. However at this point the sales data speak for themselves, as A2M China Label grew in an otherwise flat market last year.
