I don't think they would do that with A2 considering they are exclusive distribution partner for A2 in china and they are majority holder in Synlait. Now this new acquisition in the plant with china firm is also to make stronger strategic relations with china. US didn't approve us could be due to our close association with china( just in my opinion).
