yes, Australian property is worth less than even any “Grandma” would be prepared to pay for it. perhaps the property market had its last clearances. You would have to be really desperate to buy Australian property now, you would have to be in need of support or an immigrant or something.
Australian property values will never again make it unless landlords are given significant support and compensation IMHO.
