2) Directors interest in the company
3) MEC resources giving Advent/ Asset something positive in return for their claims (and by proxy BPH). If MMR does the In-specie distribution then BPH becomes the majority shareholder of Advent.
4) Design for oil rig drilling complete
5) Oil rig booked
6) FDA application for Cortical approved
7) Drilling on PEP-11 commenced
8) Joint venture/partnership/investment with Advent/BPH/Asset/PEP-11
9) Oil discovered in PEP-11
10) Commercial supply of PEP-11 oil established

Add in some cannabis news, company crossover news or institutional investors and substantial holders etc... its a whirlwind of news. This is the eye before the storm.
