6 months in limbo

This stock has generally stayed the same in 6 months (insofar as SP appreciation) while Copper price has taken to new heights.......something not right. Especially as they have been flagging good production from PH over the last quarter of 2009. I was expecting a good report (quarterly) but now i have my doubts if the SP is an indication of those in the know???

Opportunity costs of holding this company are building up.
