I'm not sure it is - the environmental study level has been upgraded - why?..... there must be some concern about something, so why try second guessing it?
anyway, I've made my decision and sold, if it stabilises and goes onward and upward I can always get back in - better to do that than see it slowly sink to some unforeseen level....
