Definately within 6 months would much prefer within 3 months....my prediction is that the SP may actually move up in April 2013.....IMO DYOR.....they should sign up another couple of MOU's in April...
With all these MOU's signed we should expect that the next stage will be an offtake agreement or some sort of JV funding....management have laid the foundation....
