I'm just pointing out that the 0.064 statement in the 3b is just a mechanism by which directors are reminded that they cannot without shareholder approval issue shares at less than 75% VWAP.

Is Bronze getting them at 0.064 ??? no idea... that's his business If indeed that is what the loan documentation says, then IMO the announcements to date are not full and complete disclosure ... and so ASIC need to be alerted.

however, I think liquidity (cash) might be an immediate focal point. The BOD are moribound in what they can issue ahead simply because they have exhausted already the generous issue provisions granted to them. So it seems to me that they need something demonstrable ex A5 to 'underwrite' a more overt issue ... don't you think????
