I bought a house in 1998 and the Interest Rate was 8.99% through State Bank of NSW. Sounds like you not old enough to know who this was.
Stop panicking. Current rates are the lowest rates for a very very long time. Get off your electronic device and go out in to the real world. Life will go on weather Rates are 2% or 20%. You will still be able to buy your Big Mac either extreme.
Just live life for the little joys and don't worry about the money.
Ferraris and flash houses are not the be all.
If you have a nice woman by your side, they are generally the best ground I g for a guy. Woman generally don't care about the car you drive or how much money you have, this is just a bloke thing, an insecurity thing. Get over this Chad and your life will be much much happier.
