That's literally a list of market caps. I've mentioned in my previous post that a rebalance goes beyond the notion of a company moving into the top 200 market caps. It needs to be in there for sometime and there are other criteria like liquidity but liquidity for a highly liquid stock like ZIP isnt an issue.
I highly doubt ZIP will be in there in December, my guess would be June 2020.
