Unfortunately I think that at this stage we are at the mercy of macro forces to a large degree, i.e. what the broader markets are doing (both globally and locally) and also the short to mid-term outlooks for the Australian economy and specific sectors within it, particularly hospitality and retail. Fortunately, despite what is going on in Victoria (which I'm sure they'll have under control soon), things are looking pretty good here!
