The only thing I'd say is that per WBT's model, fabs and clients may be charged (subject to the agreements) a one off fee to get the respective technologies integrated with respective fabs. Whether that would be upfront or upon validation / qualification (who knows).
The challenge with WBT (as is with every company out there) is where do you find the talented engineers / software experts etc. Very slim pickings in the labour market world wide atm.
