Coby briefly talked about this, I think it was in the previous webinar last year.
Can't remember exactly, someone else will have a better idea, but it was along the lines that now word is spreading about Weebit and people are seeing their success, they have talent approaching them wanting to work. The Technion especially is a world class source of talent.
A billion-dollar MC probably has its attractions as well.
It is a challenge, but if Coby has proved anything it's that he loves a challenge.
