Problems of CHF
1)Weakened Heart
2)Bodies emergency response that over time that further weakens heart
3)Damaging secondary effects.
4)Treatment that isn't significantly dangerous in itself.
5)Usability
6)Economically justifiable.
C-Pulse
1) Partially unloads heart and increases profusion giving the heart a chance to recover
2)Increases profusion to heart and organs turning off bodies (over time) damaging emergency response?
3)Effective against secondary effects i.e.. fluid retention.
4)Strong safety profile ( improves further with fully implantable system) plus less/no drugs which can be problematic in them selves
5)Next generation far less bulky, (fully implantable down to the size of a phone ), can be disconnected.
6)Less hospitalisation, more productivity, low maintenance?
Happy for someone to shoot me down on this, I'll learn something.
