One cannot discount the fact that equities are generally on the nose at the moment. This can make a stock decline in value even if it's considered 'roughly the same'. I predict SHJ will continue to trade sideways for a while until the winds affecting the legal sector at the moment start to blow over. I think a return to fair value quickly is a bit ambitious given how cautious the market will be overall... but it's like any bad news, when the news cycle changes people start to forget all about it.
