I've looked and looked and I can't see anything that would send VUK down so hard, apart from the obvious constrained NIM and increase in bad debts (this price almost assumes they'd call on all of their tier one equity, surely not).
I've taken a decent position today having sold out at brexit announcement highs which seem like a lifetime ago.
I'll be bottom drawing them now and I eagerly look forward to next results announcement. Whatever they are, they surely can't be as bad as what the market is pricing it at.
I'm hoping five years from now, my divvie yield will be in the region of 20% from today's purchase price.
BTW, does anyone know of a forum similar to this that is LSE specific. would be interesting to see what the consensus is like over there...
