My opinion (which should be ignored) is that the BOQ sp will move in a relationship to sentiment of dividends being reintroduced in the next financial statements.
My sentiment is that they will (albeit in a smaller amount), and a return to a dividend yielding stock will bolster demand.
That said I still have a sentiment of HOLD rather than BUY simply because my opinion is about as useful as tits on a bull
