    I think th. was referring to Rick Schmitt's gaff whereby he inadvertantly let the cat out of the bag regarding off shore seismics (which have happened) and the potential for CNOOC to jv with range who would make some sort of free carry arrangement again.

    PS....you remember...it was an African Energy editorial or a Horn of Africa news article talking about a big ship supposedly dumping toxic waste
