@310834B; your interpretation of what you allege is an email between Brittany Higgins and a former male friend refers to 'sex scandal', is at odds with the definition of 'rape' and with her condition at the time she alleged she was raped.
IMO it's a misleading, malicious and possibly defamatory post of Justice Lee, Brittany Higgins and her male friend which you should have removed.
