JJ, my thoughts are we will see lots of news and promotion of new brown coal upgrading techs including ALDP news before the Gov drops the new allocation bombshell.

I think we'll get news on ALDP anytime from now until end of March in line with Tom Arup & Green's predictions.

The Vic/Fed Gov's will need to put a positive spin on BC and emission reductions via DICE & BCE etc...before they go giving away coal to the multinationals that will drive this new industry IMO.

As Nicko said, TA's six weeks are up, news could be "imminent" IMO.
