Jinchuan are are substantial shareholder (around 14.5%) and are Nickel guru's from China. They have two seats on the board and bring brains, experience and more importantly resources and machinery to the equation. From memory, MLX has access to much of Jinchuan's machinery and techniques for getting the good stuff out of the rough. Apparently they are very good dancers too.
