A lot of selling depth ATM in LUM. Wonder if this is due to deliberate capping to miminise the amount of people participating in the SPP as the company believes they have enough money from the placement and the loans.
6 weeks left until the due diligence deadline arrives. Pretty sure a general meeting and vote has to occur prior to the deadline, so hoping there will be news so from the company - most likely an update in the quarterly?
I believe this company will get a huge burst if it can acquire Vertigo, otherwise, it looks pretty much finished. No new signs negotiated in the past 2 years, is not a great sign. Still find it unbelievable nobody wants to advertise on the Turkey or Yankee signs. They look great. Maybe outdoor advertising is dead and most companies are using radio, tv and newspaper.
