Shorten and his Labor crew want to now impose a double dipping casual Workers back pay going back 6 years. This will cost Casual employers, self included a collective $8 billion and effect around 3 million employers. Casuals are paid a higher rate and fore go holiday pay, now Shorten and Labor want that Holiday Pay paid, back dated 6 years.
