It is important to note that you have bought into a business. The price may fluctuate which is nothing but a reflection of a large group of market participants who may sell or buy based on motivations unknown to us.
It does not change the fact that vocus generates an operating cash flow of around 30 mill with a cash roc of 48. It's current market cap may fluctuate but as of today if we take the ev to be 650 mill , it's cash return is 4.6 pcnt. So it gives you a better return than a bank deposit ...and your cash flow is predicted to increase..
so I don't really mind what the price is as long as that ocf number and roc remain consistent over years.
Eventually price and value will converge...the longer it remains down, the greater chance you have to build a high conviction position.
I see a similar thing happening on another of my stocks ved...panic because pep selling, who cares , it doesn't change the fact that the business is generating a fcf of 80 mill!
