G'day Hm, Should ABU sell Twin Bonanza there will be capital received,
the capital loss will ensure there is no tax to pay-no capital gain tax.
Does could have & should have apply -it did, is it still relevant now?
(You have to no when to hold them & when to fold them)

New Directors both Geo's, Both very experienced with discovery
accomplishments have a new vision & clearly have the markets attention
the share price is up 400% from its low of 2.4 cents.
Bigger player's are deploying capital -as seen in our recent top 40 update.

We lost on O/P-that's not even in question, no one but the blessed win
every hand in life but since then thankfully-we have regained lost ground !

IGO on the registry-IGO-ABU J.V- that clearly has far more upside potential
than O/P with out the risk as IGO is paying, ABU investors get any discovery
reward via share price appreciation, but we don't get dilution through C.R events
to pay for exploration, clearly this is working thus far in investors favour &
you can see the benefits in the s/p.

Its very likely Tanami south has attracted another large caps attention with its
position & very high discovery potential, Newmont's just to the South has
an exploration program of 50,000 drill mts per year-(150,000mts over 3 yrs)
clearly this is inline with what current directors are aiming, can you not see
the potential benefit of another J.V with a large cap that engages in a substantial
    aggressive exploration program?
Aggressive acquisition of in-production ounces to fill the looming production shortfall
Fewer quality opportunities available after a 3-year buying spree
In-production ounces are becoming increasingly costly (US$84/oz
    1resource or US$289/oz1reserve)
Major and mid-tier gold producers are returning to green fields exploration
    –Investing in junior explorers
–Directly through JVs and project acquisition.

Further since the O/P-Debacle the resource has expanded at Tethy's/Hyperion
& its not narrow but thick intersections, just how much inground OZ have
been added ?- we will find out when we receive the resource update next year,
it has non the less added value as an expanding resource.

At ABU's AGM it was pointed out that.
Since 2009 ABM geologists have generated 306 targets- outside of Twin Bonanza
& only twelve targets have been drill tested in 7 years ?.
134,000 dill mts combination of RC & DD were put down at Twin Bonanza,
Clearly ABU's past directors had a different vision & they were also obsessed
with O/P & at the detriment of potential discovery on ABU's vast tenure,
great potential reward went untested & the real cost of the O/P obsession was
    transferred to ABU-investors.

ABU has since drilled & had successful exploration results from
    Tethy's 1.3 km's mineralisation, Extended Hyperion South 9 mts at 5.4g p/t
    Brokenwood -3mts at 9.34g p/t,Pandora-9mts at 6.32g p/t & the
Suess Fault 13mts at 5.6g p/t , Brokenwood, Pandora & the Suess Fault
are only first pass wild card drilled much can be expanded upon & many
    targets await.
Its your right to stay in the past & ponder what might have been Hm.
I realised that was unhealthy & have moved on from being obsessed
with O/P, hope at some point in time you can too.
    imo & no disrespect intended.
