Plenty of room to move if/when O&G starts to flow esp when it is 1000m deep. 4046 m2 per acre x 1000m = 4,046,000 m3 per acre. Even if you assume half this is frackable & 20% flowable = 2,023,000 x 0.20 = 404,600 m3 per acre.
1 m3 gas = approx. 11 KWh, 1 KWh = approx. 2.8p x 11 = approx. 30p per m3 x 404,600 = approx. 121,380 pounds retail of gas per acre x 1.2 = US$145,656 per acre retail.
No idea but just playing with some numbers. Breaks the boredom until the drill hits the ground, the fracking pumps start pressurising & the gas starts flowing.
Big numbers anyway & the gross under valuation of AJL's share in the potential becomes mouth watering
