Did Lynas not just win a major court case?

Did Lynas just complete a $150m capital raise in a heart beat?

For months all i read is how the retailer knows nothing and the instos are robbing us blind now the instos have put up their cash (which i am certain they did a bit more due diligence than most posters on this thread) and we have a cast of new faces and not so new blatantly pissing in each others pockets about the Lynas death knell, dog stock, 30 c share take your pick of the crap above this post for a description.

At least come up with some substance as to why this stock is going down and why the instos who just agreed to put in $150 million have got it so wrong.
