    But I read his post as suggesting not that a take-over would happen at a 300-500% premium, but rather, a take-over has not happened because enough shareholders would not sell without a 300-500% premium

    Also - any substance behind that thing you mentioned about instos being canvassed for a cr ... or are you just letting your imagination run wild?
