I think that if it can break resistance at 20 cents then you could say the trend had changed and perhaps it could reach the thread target. At the moment it is in a long-term downtrend and there are better places to park money.

The % gains are not so good if one waits for a confirmed trend change, but the risk is reduced, over a bottom picking strategy.
