All S/H will want good news, but it is mainly due to luck.
Paying out extra div. will reduce asset and will make shares weaker.
"acquisition of a troubled Ni miner." will be good if it fits in with our operations.
IMO, buyback (eg.reduction in shares), will increase asset backing, - plus holding divs. or putting it up slightly, under present economic condition, will be best for share price in the long run.
