Actually, the constitution states that "a director can be a director of another company".........It does not mention anything AT ALL, about the director having a seat on a competitive company.

If what you say is true, then can you explain what ASIC would have to say about this clear Conflict of Interest??.....Because it sure as hell looks this way to me!!

I actually made a post, a few days back about this point, and made (what I thought was) an abvious joke about "HTW being happy about this"........Obviously, it wasn't as clear a joke as I thought!!!
