I don't usually do juices except freshly squeezed oranges (for the Vitamin C). I know it is better to eat the whole fruit!
This is a nice drink if you feel like something sweet.
It needs no added sweeteners especially if the fruit is sweet.
I get my Braun hand blender.
Some fruit such as pineapple (or bananas, berries)
Add some coconut milk (don't need much as it is quite rich).
Blend.
Drink.
Today I had banana, coconut milk, coacao. Really nice.
You can add other things like the various green powders, oils and any other things which have health benefits.
