There was a bit of discussion about Fang a couple of weeks ago and ML mentioned at the EGM they were waiting to see the detailed trial info. At this stage they look like they might be a competitor to Cvac but pretty early days.
A few things that puzzeled me about the Fang trials.
Their Phase 1 trial was for multiple indications, with only 6 O.C. patients involved.
Their current Phase 2 trial has enrolled 17 patients to date (12 on Fang, 5 not) and is slated for completion in 2016.
How could they be considering applying for Breakthrough Therapy Designation at this very preliminary stage? I wouldn't imagine there's sufficient data yet.
