The hand brake on LYC is and will always be the CCP. Without Lacaze we would be talking all about what LYC may have been.
If you believe PR campaign and a paid infomercial determines success then buy ILU this morning.
LYC has the financial backing of the Japanese government and the ear of the US government, it does not need to advertise in Australia because Australians just aren't interested in anything strategic or outside of the 2 square metres they occupy.
