Yeah you're right about the big promo but as expected the hype didn't match the supposed gotcha that was supposed to lead all the way to Canberra. Compared to several foul-mouthed angry, threatening Vic Labor party MPs caught out fully involved in branch stacking and illegal financial activities: this apparently illegal recording, of a non-MP political-activist's phone calls and office talking, is timid innocent banal everyday workplace patter. To be honest the build up and promo failed to deliver anything juicy. Not so much a Vic Liberals expose as a complete non event, a total Ch9/Fairfax flop.
