    why start drilling the second Sorochynska well when they said not long ago it will take 10 months to build their own gas plant.

    The first well is being held back due to inefficiencies of the current gas plant, so why would they drill the next one now?

    I know meerkat, things were getting boring and you just had to say this to get a bite. Well here you go
