    I think he will be pushing harder and sweetning the deal if the project does not have funding by the time it gets environmental approval.
    He will need to , if he wants to become the iron ore tycoon hes dreaming of.

    Someone will be keen to throw the Big biscuits in once approval is in place.

    I dont believe all is lost, quite the opposite, just taking way too looong.
