Editor from the FT in Beijing was interviewed. It seems the there is oversupply of steel and not enough spending to support current levels. Infrastructure spending is not as high as expected in China and some consolidation going on whereby state owned companies are taking over private enterprises.
How this affects ARH I don't know but I think it's going to be quite some time for this project now to get of off the ground. Maybe it was a year or so late and now will be another year or so before they can economically crank it back up. And so the wheel turns
