In recent annoucements IIF states that approval was GRANTED for the permitted TLR of 55% to be increased to 60%, reducing to 57.5% after 31 Dec 09, and 55% after that.
However, in the recent Annual Report they state that it's 60%, reverting back to 55% after 30 June 2009 (negotiations pending to change this)!
Both these statements cannot be correct so which is it?
I've written to investor relations asking for clarification.
In the mean time, can anyone enlighten us?
