Check their announcement: "At the request of the ASX the record date for cap return has been changed from 30 Oct to 31 Oct."

You are in error thinking the cap return and div is 3.5 cps. The cap return is 3 cps and the div (which is an extra div to that paid a fortnight or so ago) is .0025 which is 1/4 of a cent per share.

As to what it will fall to when the fat lady sings, I haven't a clue. That's because I am holding on to the shares that I have had since the Yates time.
