Because next month they can quite easily report a loss. Have a look at their monthly reports over last year.
They are still trying to trade out of financial difficulty legacy of the dot comm era.
Still remains to be seen if they will survive but I feel there is more chance of them survivng than dying at this stage. Company has lost credibility and it will take a lot to win it back.
I was a close follower of PWR for some years but have taken my losses and moved on after management stuffed things up. They were a "people" company that did not look after their own and lost alot of quality personell and business that went with them.
Won't touch them again in a long time. Not to say that it could (and probably will) turn out to be a good trade from these levels.
