- It is video footage taken on a site visit, split up, and then stage released later as updates. How long the vids are is irrelevant (they could stay split and stay 60s).

- Honestly ask yourself the answer to this question. What are they trying to provide with these updates, and with how they are doing them?

- If they were 'simply providing information' as an update, they would provide it immediately when available, not staged for release later.
Think of things without a defensive lens. Whether you hold or not, be more critical when dealing with salesmen. Often it is designed for the emotional cheer squad (e.g. look at how many likes your comment got vs mine). Most commenters/likers are holders who think cheering helps. All it does is create confirmation bias which unfortunately affects decisions that affect returns.
