    In its latest half yearly update (31 March, 2015), the Department of Energy (Philippines) has now listed EWC's 600 MW Pagbilao power plant as being committed. This is most welcome news and indicates that the relevant authorities count this project as becoming part of the Philippines' electricity generating network during 2015/early 2016.
