Three months ago the Company was insolvent, had no plan, no products, and no leadership.

The new team has come in and stopped the burn, lifted the share price, raised US$2.6M at a premium to market, shifted the risk of developing the IP to a well established CRO, and maintained upside exposure for shareholders through the equity interest in the CRO.

In addition, it advises that they will be bringing in a "transformative deal", which I presume will be at or above the prevailing prices.
