What I'm unsure about is where the money is coming from for this "major acquisition." From my understanding the sale of the IP is in the form of CBTE shares. BOS has no money so is a placement coming?

Twelve million shares were released from escrow today. Who are they marked for and at what SP? All very intriguing but certainly much better than the position a few months ago.

Take a look at the PRR chart to see what happened to it's SP once they got funding. I hope the same thing happens to BOS.
