like i said before $6000 per acre would have been the go and not rock bottom $3000 per acre.
Now where do you think the sp would be sitting if they negotiated $6000 per acre, it's true value and the going price where they are all presumably falling over themselves to get a foothold? not 7 cents i can tell you!
Now all hinges on getting excellent drilling results or goodbye 7c and hello 3 cents and sprocket or rocket can say i told you so.
At the moment we are at the barbers and we are not getting a facial. We're getting a haircut and a shave. Hopefully the punk holding the razor knows what he's doing!! lol
