No no no GiddyUp!! Like i said i want the sp to go up as much as anyone else but like to call it as i see it without any of that long term pie in the sky stuff. I am expecting some 'left of field' but not totally unexpected announcement re the sale of more land at say around $6000 per acre. Will propel the sp to well into double figures and will leave the co, with plenty of land to still play around with if they wish. After all we are told that they are 'falling over themselves' to get in, in the next big thing, being the Niobrara!!
